"The waiter need to build up the warm welcome to their guests, being friendly is a must. Some suggestions for improvements here. The menu maybe should be upgraded, discard those unavailable menus."

"VERY NICE ambience, next to the harbour/ocean, many westerners, nice music and a huge seating deck that was almost full (Saturday evening). The deck is shared by a good number of bars, some of which had live music. Draught Heineken beer was really nice, the real deal, not the usual asian brewed H. Ordered fish and chips because we live in the Philippines and rarely get to eat it; very tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Total bill was 73 MYR, including 1 pint of beer and bottled water. IMO this part of the city is the place to go if you want a nice chilled night out with friends, ideal for couples. Very civilised. Edit.... there is confusion over the name... this place is 200 metres south of the Handicraft Market, on the seafront main road.... you'll see a long line of bars and restaurants. Name is currently The Beer Garden (not Factory). Maps has another location, inland. NO.... stay on the coast road. The Handicraft Market is a permanent feature."

"Good place to spend the night time especially after work. Lots of bar/restaurant choices with a bayside feel to it (yeah, coz its located beside the bay). Anyway, beer price is quite expensive (double the usual) so either prepare your wallet or just take a small sip every 5mins (chuckle). And by the way, it is located along the airplane's flight path so prepare to adore landing aircrafts passing overhead."

"I just had an amazing time at this place by the KK Waterfront with the most breathtaking sunset views. The rain had just cleared, and we were treated to a stunning sunset while enjoying delicious food and cold beers. We snagged the perfect seats and had the entire horizon to ourselves as the sun dipped below the water. We even sampled some local fried fish that was incredibly delicious and delightfully spicy. Once the fish arrived, to our delight, a furry friend accompanied us throughout the entire time."
